Amber Windows has fitted a new white sliding patio door at the back of this semi-detached house in Ilkeston, DE7. The job also covered a uPVC back door and a window, and it started with a free home survey. Everything was made to measure in Coleshill.
The before photo shows the old sliding patio door, which was badly damaged, with a blackened and cracked frame and stained brickwork around it. The after photo was taken from beyond the back fence and shows the rear of the house with the work finished: a new white sliding patio door in the same opening, alongside the new back door and window. The brickwork, the roof and the dormers were not part of this job.
When a door has been damaged, the opening around it needs checking as well as the door itself. At the free home survey, our surveyor measures the patio door, back door and window openings, checks the brickwork and the threshold, and talks you through sliding and hinged door options. Everything is then built to size in Coleshill.
The patio door, back door and window are covered by our comprehensive guarantee. Amber Windows is FENSA registered, and finance is available if you would like to spread the cost.
