This house in Redditch, B98, has a bright new porch from Amber Windows. It began with a free home survey, the porch was made to measure at our factory in Coleshill, and our own fitters installed it.
The old porch had dark brown frames, with a brown door featuring an arched glazed top and a pair of side windows with small top lights. We replaced the frames with a white uPVC porch. The new front has a half-glazed white door with two raised panels below the letterplate and a chrome lever handle, set between two windows, each with a top-opening vent. The porch keeps its tiled roof and brick base, so it sits naturally against the house, and the white frames now match the white window beside it.
A replacement porch front has to fit precisely between the existing brick base and roof. At the free home survey, our surveyor measures the opening, checks the brickwork and roof line, and talks you through door styles, glazing and opening vents. The frames are then built to size in Coleshill.
The new porch is covered by our comprehensive guarantee. Amber Windows is FENSA registered, and finance is available if you would like to spread the cost.
