Amber Windows has replaced seven windows and fitted a new porch at this cream-rendered semi-detached house in Shard End, B34. The job started with a free home survey, and the windows and porch were made to measure at our factory in Coleshill before our own fitters installed them.
The order covered seven uPVC windows and a porch. In the before photo, the front of the house has older white frames, including a patterned top window on the neighbouring side and a small porch canopy over a green front door. In the after photo, the two first-floor windows and the wide ground-floor window have crisp new white frames, and the entrance now has a new porch in place of the old canopy. The garden fencing and climbing frames were left as they were.
A porch and seven windows are measured as one job. At the free home survey, our surveyor measures every window opening and the porch footprint, checks how the porch meets the existing wall and roofline, and talks you through glazing and opening options. Everything is then built to those measurements in Coleshill.
The windows and the porch are covered by our comprehensive guarantee. Amber Windows is FENSA registered, and finance is available if you would like to spread the cost.
